Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

Shipping Exclusions

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations due to extended delivery times and higher shipping costs:

  • Alaska (including remote areas such as Barrow/Utqiaġvik, Nome, and Kodiak)

  • Hawaii, particularly outer islands such as Moloka‘i and Lana‘i

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Territories, including:

    • Guam

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

    • American Samoa

    • Northern Mariana Islands

We also do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
