We want you (and your cat) to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or you’re experiencing an issue, please contact us at info@furphawl.com with your order number. Photos are not required but are helpful for faster resolution.
We cover return shipping for all approved returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s processed.
We are unable to offer refunds for:

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they’ve been processed. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
