At Furphawl, we are committed to maintaining the integrity of our brand while supporting the success of our retail partners. This Minimum Advertised Price ("MAP") Policy is designed to promote fair competition, protect retailer margins, and preserve the value of the Furphawl brand across all sales channels.

Authorized retailers are required to comply with the following MAP guidelines when advertising Furphawl products.

MAP Pricing

Retailers may not advertise Furphawl products below the MAP prices listed above without prior written authorization from Furphawl.

Covered Advertising Channels

This policy applies to all forms of advertised pricing, including but not limited to:

• Online stores and e-commerce websites
• Social media posts and advertisements
• Email marketing campaigns
• SMS marketing
• Marketplace listings
• Digital advertisements
• Print advertisements
• Flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials

Permitted Promotions

Furphawl supports retailer marketing efforts and recognizes the importance of promotional activities. The following are permitted and do not violate this MAP Policy:

• Store-wide sales and promotions
• Sitewide percentage-off discounts
• Loyalty and rewards programs
• Free shipping offers
• Gift-with-purchase promotions
• First-time customer discounts
• Subscription discounts
• Membership programs
• Buy More, Save More promotions
• Product bundles that include Furphawl products and other items

These promotions are permitted provided Furphawl products are not individually advertised below the applicable MAP price.

Reseller Responsibilities

Authorized retailers are responsible for ensuring that all advertised pricing complies with this MAP Policy. Retailers are also responsible for monitoring any third-party agencies, affiliates, or partners advertising Furphawl products on their behalf.

Policy Violations

Failure to comply with this MAP Policy may result in corrective action, including:

1. Written warning
2. Temporary suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges
3. Termination of wholesale account for repeated violations

Furphawl reserves the right to determine appropriate action based on the nature and frequency of any violation.

Policy Changes

Furphawl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this MAP Policy at any time. Updated MAP pricing and policy revisions will be communicated to authorized retailers.
